Refund policy

We want you to love your gift from GiftHarborShop! Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on perishable items, including gourmet food, chocolate, and fresh floral products, once they have been delivered. This is for hygiene and product safety reasons.
For non-perishable gift items (such as gift baskets containing non-food components, keepsakes, or packaging), you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at cortezadrienne@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cortezadrienne@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item(s) received
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Refunds
Once your return or claim is reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after the timeframe above:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at cortezadrienne@gmail.com
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or modified within a limited window after purchase, before they are processed for fulfillment. Please contact us as soon as possible at cortezadrienne@gmail.com if you need to cancel or change an order — once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to make changes.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit may be issued upon approval of a return. If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to the recipient later, a refund will be processed to the original purchaser instead.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at cortezadrienne@gmail.com.
