Thank you for shopping with GiftHarborShop! We want your gifts to arrive on time and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days — we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and product selected, and are provided as a general guideline only:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier delays, weather, customs (for international orders), or other circumstances outside our control.
Perishable and Time-Sensitive Items
Some of our products, including gourmet food, chocolate, and floral items, are perishable or time-sensitive. For these items:
- We recommend ordering with enough lead time before the intended delivery date, especially for gifting occasions (birthdays, holidays, special events)
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has left our fulfillment center
- If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order at cortezadrienne@gmail.com so we can advise on the best shipping option
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you are sending gifts to multiple recipients, please place a separate order for each shipping address. This helps ensure each gift arrives correctly and on time.
Gift Orders
If your order is a gift, you may add a personalized gift message at checkout. Order invoices and pricing are never included inside the package.
International Shipping
At this time, we currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. GiftHarborShop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at cortezadrienne@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at cortezadrienne@gmail.com with your order number so we can assist you.
